Oh, and whole wheat blender pancakes, too... but c'mon, we all know what the main course of the meal is, right? And yes, this is a photo of the actual bacon I cooked (no stunt bacon was used for this evening's post).
Bacon is wonderful - but sometimes we must pass. Tuesday I had something of a 24 hour stomach flu. Aaron, being the sensitive (or maybe just hungry) husband is, proposed to make dinner - breakfast for dinner. "Bacon Ruthie?" As I answered to my dear Nana many times - "no, thank you". Pass the potatos.
