Audrey's been a bit jaundiced so we're making sure she gets some exposure to filtered sunlight each day. Yesterday we chased a patch of sunshine around the kitchen and when I caught sight of this little moment, I ran to get the camera. I knew when I married him that Jim is a good man, but I'm always amazed at how much tenderness and patience fatherhood brings out in him.

Very sweet picture. She's well on the way to being Daddy's little girl. I see visions of dancing lessons and prom dresses. I won't mention the car.

being a father does bring out the gentile side of guys- especially having girls
Hi, I'm back...finally. Sorry it's been so long. Work has been a problem so I am taking a haitus. This was a really interesting post. I've been out of the loop so long I don't even remember you being pregnant. One of my best friends is named Audrey and she is awesome. Great name and adorable baby. I hope fatherhood will bring the best out in me when it comes.
I hope you will come back and see what I have done with my blog. I am writing poetry again, although I'm a bit rusty.
